  • Access by non-guests is not permitted.

  • NOTICE OF CIVIL LIABILITY:

    For the functionality and common well-being during your stay in tourist accommodation, please note the following important points regarding civic responsibility in Spain.

    Common Welfare and Order:

    The booking of this rental property is subject to your personal responsibility to care for and maintain common well-being at all times. Guests are responsible for accepting and respecting the rules of the booking during their stay for the common good (guests, neighbors, owners, future guests, etc.). Guests who do not comply with the regulations will be reported to the police and may be charged with public disorder under the Spanish Penal Code, which could result in a fine of €601 to €30,000 per person and immediate eviction from the property.

    Unauthorized Access:

    Please note that any unauthorized access by persons will be reported to the police and prosecuted under Article 245 of the Penal Code, with the risk of a fine and imprisonment for three to six months.

    With this notification, we acknowledge that guests have understood their obligations and responsibilities as guests under current national legislation.

    DEPARTURE DAY

    Check-out time is BEFORE 11:00 AM. If you wish to check out later, you must request this at least 24 hours in advance.

    The property must be returned with a clean kitchen, no trash, and everything tidy.

    You must notify the owner via WhatsApp at 644453246 of the time you will be leaving the property.
